How can I order from you?

Currently we supply majority of Ayurvedic products to Ayurvedic Professionals. You need to open an account with us to be able to view and place an order.
If you are not and Ayurvedic professional, please click on "Shop" in our Main Menu bar to buy limited products available for everyone.

Most of our products are for Ayurvedic Professionals. We have selected products available for general Ayurveda enthusiasts. If you are one of them, please follow this link here . You can browse our product and place an order anytime!

Where do we ship?

Currently we ship exclusively within the UK only including England, Scotland and Wales. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail to ensure reliable and timely delivery. If you reside outside the UK and are interested in our products, please contact us directly for more information on potential shipping options beyond the UK.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-7 working days. We use Royal Mail service to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
We accept returns on all products which are unopened and returned within 14 days of delivery date. We do not accept returns on products which are marked as fresh and perishable.
If you need to return an item, please contact us for the return address. All returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their delivery address and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost due to incorrect address details. We are here to help ensure you have a smooth and positive shopping experience with us.

Where is my order?

We do our best to dispatch and  process  all orders within 2-7 working days. We use Royal Mail service for deliveries which can take 2-7 working days. If you haven't received your order within this time, please allow another 1-2 working days or contact us directly. Please read through our T&C before placing an order.

Once you have filled out the form to become a member, your application will be reviewed  and once approved, you will be able to access the full product catalogue and place your order.
