SHIPPING POLICY
Postage/Shipping
All UK orders (including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) will be sent via Royal Mail at the cost of £4 (up to 2kg) and £7 (up to 10kg). Please allow 2-3 working days for your delivery.
All international shipping prices depend on the destination country.
Please email us to get a shipping rates outside UK.
You/the customer is responsible for any local taxes/duties what might be added to your order in your country.
Order Fulfilment
We endeavour to fulfil all orders within 2-7 days of the order being placed. However we cannot guarantee this. For the benefit of planning it should be assumed that orders may take up to 28 days to be fully processed in rare cases.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock we will try to contact the customer/you to arrange a refund or to hold the order until the item is in stock. If we cannot contact the customer/you within 7 days we will send the order minus the out of stock item and refund the cost of the item and any postage costs associated with the missing item.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons we can only accept UNUSED products for refund, providing they are returned to us in re-saleable condition with all the labels and within 14 days of receiving the customer/you order.
- We urge new customers to try our products in their smallest size (where applicable) before purchasing full size products, as we will not be able to accept used products for refund should a sensitivity to a product be discovered at a later stage.
- All return costs will be the customer’s responsibility, unless the customer/you are returning a faulty/ product. Please contact us for the return address.
Damaged / Faulty and Mis-described goods
Ayutecar will give a refund (either full or partial) for products which arrive faulty, damaged or not as described. If the customer/you feel this is the case please contact us immediately and we will come to an arrangement to replace or refund the goods. Please Note That The On-Screen Display Of The Colours, Designs, Products May Differ From The Actual Appearance Or Size Of Products Offered On The Website because of the natural origin of the products.
